Seller Rating:
Paul Champlin is a very knowledgeable and experienced true professional who displays the highest levels of integrity. While Paul is very professional, he is also very personable.
Paul greatly impressed me from the time I interviewed him to choose an agent to the close of escrow. He took more notes, asked better questions, and made himself more available than other prospective agents I interviewed. As a long-time active agent, he was able to provide a thorough market analysis of my property within a day or two. We discussed how my property compared to others on the market, including pros and cons and how the property would be prepared for market in a timely and cost efficient manner. Paul immediately lined up the people who would be needed to repair, update, and improve the property. He kept a careful file of work that needed to be done, and he took time personally to oversee the work to ensure that it was being performed as promised. Expenses were negotiated to make sure I was not being overcharged for work being done, and Paul often did tasks himself to save on expenses to get the house market ready. He truly went the extra mile in managing all the pieces that went into making the property more valuable and attractive to prospective buyers.
In person visits, phone calls, and texts were used almost daily to keep me informed of progress and remind me of any responsibilities to which I should be attending.
Once the property was on the market, Paul lead me through the various offers that were made and discussed in detail the appeal and drawbacks of each. He displayed great professionalism in talking only about the facts related to the offers, not his personal likes or dislikes about the people making the offer. The basic options I had in accepting or rejecting offers were clearly laid out, and Paul encouraged me to make the decision with which I would be most satisfied after weighing all factors involved.
Throughout the selling process, and now afterwards, I felt as though Paul not only was a very knowledgeable professional but he was also a most trustworthy, honest friend who held himself to the highest levels of integrity.
